Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy: if you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, we require 24 hours notice for individual appointments, and 48 hours notice for packages and multiple services. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours or 48 hours, as no show will be billed 100%. We provide high quality services with a highly trained staff.

Reservations
We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance due to the popularity of our excellent services.A major credit card is required to secure your reservations. 

Gift Certificates
The gift certificates apply to the full price of the services only. Cannot be combined with special offers. Special offers cannot be combined.
All Gift Certificates are Non- Refundable,Non- Transferable, No Exchanges, Services can not be divided. The Gift certificates are valid for a year from a day of purchase. Corporate gift programs available.A wonderful way to show appreciation. Our corporate program can be tailored to fit your needs.

Arrival & Lateness
For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled table time and inform therapists of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking.Please note that your scheduled time is your table time. If you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.

Cell Phones
In order to ensure you are relaxed throughout your services, and as a courtesy to other patrons, please silence your cell phones or set them on vibrate.

Gratuities
Gratuity is not included in our pricing. We do not take gratuities on credit cards so please make sure to have cash with you.
It is customary to leave 15%-20% (of the full price) tip for the technician or therapist.

Refund Policy -All Sales Final, no refund exchange only with original receipt.
